How do I return something to Packing Jolt, Inc?

At Packing Jolt, Inc., we stand behind our merchandise 100%.

When returning items:

1. All returned items must be in the original packaging.

2. Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be unused and in the original packaging. 

3. We will not give a credit or refund for used merchandise.

4.  If you have received a defective item from us, return the item and a copy of your invoice.  Please inform us which you prefer:  a replacement item or a refund for the defective merchandise.

5.  TASERS and TASER accesories are covered under TASER INTERNATIONAL, INC. 90 Day Limited Warranty.

6. Warranty:
TASER International will replace any broken TASER® Weapon properly registered under the Free Lifetime Warranty program. If a TASER® Weapon is ever lost in a crime-fighting situation, our Lifetime Warranty will cover free replacement upon presentation of a police report and micro-ID tag from the crime scene. The Lifetime Warranty is included free of charge when the Lifetime Warranty Card is returned within 90 days of date of purchase.



For orders that are damaged in shipping:

Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise.
